My view in Education:

I think that everybody needs to be educated, to develop their country, life and themselves. In my opinion, the knowledge is the beat of the life. Because everything  in life need knowledge and experience sometimes.

 

نظرتي في التعليم

 

إن التعليم أمر مهم في حياة كل فرد، فعندما يتعلم الفرد فإنه يطور نفسه وبتالي يطور بلده. ومن وجهة نظري تعتبر المعرفة نبض الحياة، لأن كل شي في الحياة يحتاج إلى معرفة وخبرة.

 

 

What content [subject] should be include:
Arabic, Arabic language should be include in our education, because it's our language and our religion language. If we didn't study it we wouldn't understand the Holly Quran, and we will lose our identity.
Islamic, Islamic should also include in our education, to understand our religion.
Math & science, student need to study Math and science, because the labor market need  students who have such a knowledge to improve the economy.
History, the student should know about their past, as sheikh Zayed said:" A person with no past, is a person with no present nor future". So if we didn’t teach the student their history it will be lost.
English, student should learn other language, to help them to communicate with other people. The English language nowadays become the international language. So student have to know and study this language.
I agree with the Realism philosophy that the student should study about lows of physical reality.

 

ما هي المواد التي يجب إدراجها؟

 

 اللغة العربية 

يجب أن تدرج اللغة العربية في التعليم، لأنها لغتنا ولغة ديننا ولغة القرآن الكريم، فإذا تم استبعادها ولم تدرس لن نتمكن من فهم القرآن الكريم كما سنفقد هويتنا العربية مع مرور الزمن. 

 

 التربية الإسلامية

يجب أن تدرج التربية الإسلامية في التعليم حتى نتمكن من فهم ديننا ونعمل به.

 

 الرياضيات والعلوم

الطالب بحاجة إلى دراسة الرياضيات والعلوم، لأن سوق العمل يحتاج إلى الطلاب الذين لديهم مثل هذه المعرفة لتحسين الاقتصاد.

 

التاريخ

الطالب عليه أن يعرف تاريخ القدامى وما قدموه للإنسانية بشكل عام وللإسلام بشكل خاص، فإذا لم يتم تدريس الطالب مادة التاريخ سيضيع التاريخ مع مرور الوقت. وكما قال المغفور له إذن الله الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان: " من ليس له ماضي ليس له حاضر ولا مستقبل".

 

اللغة الإنجليزية

إن الطالب بحاجة إلى تعلم لغات مختلفة، ليتمكن من التواصل مع الناس من حوله. وفي الوقت الحاضر أصبحت اللغة الإنجليزية هي اللغة العالمية، لذلك يجب على الطالب أن يتعلمها.

The Role of Teacher:
Any classroom should has a teacher, who teach, interprets  and tell the knowledge. Because the student need someone who explain  the lesson for them in an easy and understandable way. The teacher should be also a idealism person to be emulated. I think I agree with the Perennialism and idealism philosophy in this point.

 

دور المعلم

إن أي فصل دراسي يجب أن يكون له معلم، يعلم فيه الطلاب المعرفة، لأن الطالب بحاجة لمن يشرح له الدرس بطريقة سهلة وواضحة. وأرى أن على المعلم أن يكون شخص مثالي حتى يقتدي به الطلاب.

The Role of Student:
The students in the classroom should be Collaborator, assist each other and should be active. The students should also memorizes the lesson when they take it. I agree with Idealism philosophy in the role of student that the student should receive and memorize.

 

دور الطالب

يجب على الطلاب في الفصل الدراسي أن يكونوا متعاونين، ويساعدون بعضهم البعض ويكونون نشيطين. كما يجب أن يذاكروا دروسهم دائما ويؤدون واجباتهم المنزلية.

Classroom Environment:
The students have not to be all the time in the classroom. They have to change the place from time to time. For example if the lesson was talking about the animals the teacher can take them in a trip to the zoo to see and learn about the animals. And also the teacher can change the way that the students are sitting in so they don’t get board, like the student can set in the floor in a groups if they don’t want to sit on chairs, this kind of changes let the student have fun through the learning process.

 

البيئة الصفية

إن البيئة الصفية تؤثر كثيراً في الطلاب، فمن الجيد أن يغير المعلم المكان الذي يدرس فيه الطلاب من وقت لأخر بحيث يتناسب مع الدرس. فعلى سبيل المثال إذا كان الدرس يتحدث عن الحيوانات يمكن للمعلم أخذ الطلاب في رحلة إلى حديقة الحيوان لرؤية الحيوانات والتعرف عليها. كما يمكن أن يقوم المعلم بتغيير الطريقة التي يجلس فيها الطلاب حتى لا يشعروا بالملل. فمثلاً يجلس الطلاب على الأرض على شكل مجموعات، فهذا النوع من التغيير يضفي جواً من المرح في عملية التعلم.

 
Teaching Strategies:
When I will teach students a lesson I will use a data show to present the lesson or I will use cards or whiteboard or a computer. Also for a fun way I can make a game that let the student understand the lesson from it, or the student can act if the lesson was a conversation.

 

استراتيجيات التدريس

طريقة التدريس تختلف من معلم إلى أخر على حسب مهاراته وخبراته. عندما سأقوم بالتدريس سأحاول أن استخدم طرق مختلفة ووسائل متنوعة لتساعدني في نقل المعرفة إلى الطلاب بشكل واضح وسهل. سأستخدم السبورة، والحاسوب، وشاشة العرض، والبطاقات واللوحات والشفافيات وألعاب مختلفة وغيرها من الأدوات التي تساعد في تسهيل العملية التعليمية. كما سأنوع في أسلوب التدريس بين الإلقاء و النقاش وطرح الأسئلة وعمل المجموعات.

 

How the curriculum will be evaluated:
The curriculum should contain some criteria, such as the students should learn how to be collaborator, honest, respect, polite and other good behaviors . The curriculum should also contain new knowledge. The curriculum should give the students the chance to look for the information by themselves and this will give students the experience in looking for the information, and will teach them many things while they are searching.

 

كيف سيتم تقييم المناهج الدراسية

ينبغي أن تتضمن المناهج الدراسية بعض المعايير، مثل يجب أن يتعلم الطالب كيف يكون متعاوناً، وصادقاً، محترماً، مهذباً وغيرها من السلوكيات الحسنة الأخرى. كما ينبغي أن تتضمن المناهج الدراسية أيضا معارف جديدة ومتنوعة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك يجب أن تعطي المناهج الدراسية الطلاب فرصة للبحث عن المعلومات بأنفسهم فهذا سيمنح الطلاب خبرة في البحث عن المعلومات، وسوف يتعلمون أشياء كثيرة وهم يبحثون.
